Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Provide emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors and property managers
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado plumbing license (Journeyman or Master required)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic skills with pipefitting and drain clearing
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility for weekend/evening emergency shifts
