Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Install and maintain residential/commercial plumbing infrastructure
- Perform emergency service calls and routine maintenance checks
- Ensure compliance with Ohio plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide detailed estimates and communicate solutions to clients
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing materials
- Maintain accurate service records and digital documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (Class I or II)
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
