Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Install new plumbing systems for construction projects and renovations
- Perform emergency plumbing services during after-hours on-call rotation
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify potential issues and recommend preventative solutions
- Provide clear estimates and maintain detailed service records
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain company vehicles and tools in optimal condition
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid North Carolina plumbing license required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screening required
