Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Guide junior apprentices and technicians on proper techniques and safety protocols.
- Respond to emergency electrical calls and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces.
- Commitment to safety standards and OSHA regulations.
