Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including water lines, drains, fixtures, and water heaters
- Install new plumbing systems and components according to blueprints and local codes
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues
- Provide clear communication to customers about diagnoses, solutions, and pricing
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects and emergency call-outs
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and proper tool inventory
- Adhere to all safety protocols and Virginia plumbing regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience (residential/commercial)
- Valid Virginia plumbing license or ability to obtain immediately
- Strong diagnostic skills for water leaks, pipe bursts, and fixture repairs
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects daily
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screening required
