Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex pipe leaks, drainage issues, and water pressure problems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans.
- Perform thorough inspections to ensure work complies with local and state codes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain problems and provide solutions.
- Order and manage inventory of necessary parts and materials for jobs.
- Ensure all work areas are cleaned up and safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State or Georgia State Master Plumber License (or Journeyman with significant experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
