Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with rapid response protocols
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials/supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for large-scale projects
- Maintain detailed service reports and customer communication logs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid plumbing license in MA/NY (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting systems
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional diagnostic skills for complex plumbing failures
- Strong customer service with conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability
- Knowledge of EPA lead-safe work practices
