Responsibilities
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general cleanup.
- Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Machinery Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Documentation: Assist in completing daily logs and reporting any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Prior experience in construction labor or general labor is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Valid ID: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Tools: Basic understanding of construction tools and safety gear is a plus.
