Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems including water lines, drains, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide accurate cost estimates
- Adhere to local plumbing codes (Philadelphia City & PA State) and safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, property managers, and homeowners for seamless project execution
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory of materials
- Train apprentices on proper techniques and industry best practices
- Respond to emergency service calls within agreed timeframes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience (commercial/ residential)
- Valid Pennsylvania Plumbing License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete immediately
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Proficiency with trenchless technology and pipe inspection cameras
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for emergency service calls
