Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and CCTV inspection
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory and order materials for projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project documentation
- Mentor junior technicians and assist in training programs
- Respond to emergency calls within 2-hour SLA
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro jetting
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Proficient with digital plumbing software (e.g., ServiceTitan)
