Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and sewer lines
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide accurate estimates to customers
- Perform preventative maintenance services and ensure compliance with local plumbing codes
- Complete service documentation and maintain inventory of parts and materials
- Represent the company professionally while delivering exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects and job scheduling
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all job sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable plumbing experience in residential/commercial settings
- Valid Texas Plumbing License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Clean driving record and valid Texas driver's license
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting 50+ lbs and working in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites within the Fort Worth metro area
- Must pass background check and drug screening
