Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work meets Washington State plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage project timelines and material inventory efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication
- Collaborate with electricians and HVAC technicians on multi-trade projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of verifiable plumbing experience
- Washington State Plumbing License (or reciprocal state license)
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Expertise in water heater installation, pipefitting, and drain cleaning
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Proficiency with trenchless repair technologies preferred
