Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe rehabilitation, and backflow prevention services
- Adhere to safety protocols and local building codes for all installations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with team members on complex commercial projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience with valid Indiana Journeyman license
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills for emergency repairs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
