Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and maintaining safety zones
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and task execution
- Operate hand/power tools safely and responsibly (training provided)
- Follow OSHA guidelines and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Complete daily progress reports and collaborate with team leads
- Participate in site-specific safety briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
