Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Load/unconstruction equipment and materials
- Perform basic demolition and cleanup tasks
- Support team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—entry-level positions available
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
