Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on active construction sites
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and ensuring safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools including saws, drills, and jackhammers
- Read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of construction safety standards
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
