Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling using hand/power tools
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely at job sites
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork support
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on residential/commercial builds
- Operate machinery like jackhammers and saws under supervision
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and inspection checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts with frequent bending/kneeling
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Pass background/drug screening (pre-employment)
