Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction activities and project completion
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow strict safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Complete daily timesheets and report maintenance needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and overtime as needed
