Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for precise project execution
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local building regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead apprentices and junior technicians in complex installations
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee electrician license (or reciprocity in PA)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and power systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with renewable energy systems preferred
