Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform water heater installations, backflow prevention, and pipe replacements
- Adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards
- Provide accurate quotes and detailed work documentation for clients
- Collaborate with electricians and HVAC technicians for integrated projects
- Maintain clean job sites and professional client communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
