Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage projects from inspection to completion while maintaining safety standards
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia electrician license (or reciprocity with Pennsylvania)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety protocols
- Physical ability to perform tasks in various environments (climbing, lifting, confined spaces)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Willingness to travel between Atlanta and Pennsylvania service areas
