Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for precise execution
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors on timeline adherence
- Mentor junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Maryland Journeyman Electrician license (or reciprocal Georgia license)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending, transformer installation, and VFD systems
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex electrical faults
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
