Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC and OSHA safety protocols
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead project teams on large-scale installations and renovations
- Train apprentices on industry best practices
- Coordinate with contractors and clients for seamless project delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee electrical license (or reciprocity-ready for GA)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in troubleshooting industrial control systems
- Proven track record on commercial projects
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
