Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults using advanced tools
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and Minnesota state codes
- Lead junior technicians on large-scale commercial projects
- Conduct safety inspections and implement hazard prevention measures
- Manage project timelines and client communications effectively
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable field experience
- Expertise in PLC controls and industrial automation systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and circuit testers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
