Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with NEC and OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Manage material inventory and coordinate with project supervisors
- Ensure job site safety and implement lockout/tagout procedures
- Complete detailed documentation and service reports
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of licensed electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee Electrician Journeyman or Master certification
- Proficiency in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Must have reliable transportation and basic tools
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for urgent assignments
