Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection, fixture installation, and drain cleaning.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to plan pipe layouts.
- Install and maintain piping systems for water, gas, and waste disposal.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
- Adhere to all local, state, and safety codes and regulations.
- Use hand and power tools, including pipe cutters, threaders, and pressure testers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths.
- A strong desire to learn a skilled trade and a commitment to work ethics.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
