Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Adhere to safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of tools/materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain required plumbing certifications (company-sponsored)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
