Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install and maintain water heaters, faucets, toilets, and piping systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and building codes to ensure compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent future plumbing failures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Must be physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Reliability and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
