Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI systems for next-generation applications and infrastructure.
- Lead research and development in Large Language Models (LLMs), generative agents, and multimodal AI.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure scalability, reliability, and continuous deployment.
- Define and enforce ethical AI guidelines, ensuring compliance with emerging global regulations.
- Mentor a high-performing team of junior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to translate business vision into technical execution.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization.
- Proven track record of deploying complex AI models into production environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
