Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and deploy scalable AI architectures capable of handling the exponential growth of data expected in the coming years.
- Pioneering R&D: Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune existing models to ensure maximum accuracy, speed, and efficiency for production environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish frameworks and guidelines to ensure AI deployments are fair, transparent, and free from bias.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of neural networks and deep learning architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems with innovative algorithmic solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
