Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and oversee the development of advanced machine learning models and neural network architectures for the 2026 product suite.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging industry trends.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Collaboration: Collaborate with our R&D division to prototype cutting-edge technologies such as quantum-ready algorithms and generative AI models.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure system scalability and efficiency, optimizing large-scale data processing pipelines for real-time applications.
- Compliance & Ethics: Implement best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI usage in all deployments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML development and architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
