Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architectures: Lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI infrastructure capable of scaling to petabyte-scale data sets.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, neuromorphic hardware) into our core pipeline.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models and computer vision systems to ensure low-latency performance.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous governance frameworks to ensure algorithmic fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate technical requirements into robust product features.
- R&D Strategy: Conduct deep-dive research into novel algorithms and publish findings to maintain our leadership in the industry.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architecture role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is required.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and devise innovative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
