Responsibilities
- Design and prototype advanced neural network architectures capable of operating in 2026+ computing environments.
- Integrate classical AI models with emerging quantum computing frameworks to solve complex optimization problems.
- Lead the R&D strategy for scalable, low-latency distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and data scientists to refine hardware-software co-designs.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers in best practices for future-proofing systems.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and scalability analysis for next-gen algorithms.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-availability systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, experimental environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical stakeholder management.
