Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with Horizon Tech Systems' long-term business goals and technological capabilities.
- Research & Innovation: Identify emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing to anticipate market shifts and competitive advantages.
- Technical Architecture: Oversee the integration of advanced AI models into existing infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights for C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets and resources for major AI initiatives, ensuring optimal ROI on research and development projects.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or architectural role.
