Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing multi-modal data streams in real-time.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including Neuromorphic computing and Edge AI, into our core product ecosystem.
- Establish and enforce rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, ethicists, and designers to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software.
- Optimize neural network models for latency reduction and energy efficiency in next-gen hardware environments.
- Conduct R&D to identify and prototype breakthrough technologies relevant to the 2026 technological horizon.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems and deep learning architectures.
- Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in production environments.
- Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern GPU acceleration techniques.
- Experience with quantum computing paradigms or a strong willingness to learn emerging paradigms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
