- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor and lead a team of 8+ innovation specialists and research fellows
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology foresight roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
