Responsibilities

- Conduct scenario planning for potential futures in AI, sustainability, and digital transformation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation portfolio with prioritized initiatives and resource allocation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data visualization expertise
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
