Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligning with quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional sprints prototyping 2026-era solutions (e.g., carbon-neutral blockchain, emotion-aware interfaces)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research identifying disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders using immersive VR simulations
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent technical field
- 5+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year lifecycle planning
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI systems
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFS) or Technology Assessment
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed solutions implemented at scale
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
