Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology and AI Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate generative AI and predictive analytics into core workflows.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends in future tech, quantum computing, and automation.
- Partner with C-suite executives to secure buy-in for high-stakes innovation projects.
- Oversee pilot programs and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for next-gen hardware and software solutions.
- Develop KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact of new technologies on operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, product management, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record leading high-impact initiatives that resulted in measurable business growth.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and future tech trends (e.g., Web3, AR/VR).
- Strong executive presence with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
