Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute long-term strategic roadmaps focused on 2026 technological trends, specifically the rise of Autonomous AI Agents and LLMs.
- Market Foresight: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging tech trends to predict shifts in the labor market and operational efficiency.
- Policy & Ethics: Lead the development of ethical frameworks and governance policies for AI implementation, ensuring alignment with global compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with C-Suite executives to translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Change Management: Design and oversee the transition of legacy workflows into future-ready, AI-enhanced ecosystems.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Technology Strategy, Management Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and the projected impact of these technologies on the workforce by 2026.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
