Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI automation, predictive analytics, and next-gen collaboration tools.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of generative AI and machine learning solutions into core business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Change Management: Design and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions for employees adopting new futuristic workflows.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and department heads to identify high-impact opportunities for digital transformation.
- Performance Analysis: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of new technologies and report on ROI to the board of directors.
- Talent Strategy: Advise on the future skills required by our workforce and oversee upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT strategy, Digital Transformation, or Organizational Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, SaaS architectures, and emerging tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing long-term strategic plans that align with business goals.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
