Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the company leading up to the year 2026, aligning tech initiatives with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and decentralized systems, to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the transition of legacy infrastructure to next-gen cloud architectures, ensuring scalability and security.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and department heads to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Process Innovation: Design futuristic workflows and automation protocols to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), and Enterprise Architecture.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to foresee industry shifts and pivot strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
