Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological trends and workforce evolution drivers for the year 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Generative AI, Blockchain) and their implications for the modern workforce.
- Roadmap Architecture: Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps that align with organizational goals and ensure long-term scalability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Proofing: Assess current infrastructure and recommend agile frameworks to ensure business continuity in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, management consulting, or futurism.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation trends.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry shifts and translate them into business strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and writing skills with a focus on high-impact, persuasive communication.
