- Collaborate with product managers to translate 2026 vision into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and advanced machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and high-throughput data processing.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and governance protocols.
