Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing by 2026.
- Lead the strategic migration toward hybrid quantum-classical computing models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to integrate cutting-edge LLMs into core products.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI governance and algorithmic transparency.
- Mentor senior engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous innovation and future-readiness.
- Optimize system latency and energy efficiency in high-concurrency environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with a strong understanding of GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in distributed systems theory and high-availability architecture.
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks and future-proofing methodologies.
