The Role

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Vision for Apex Horizon, aligning organizational goals with emerging market trends.

- Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate long-term strategies into actionable quarterly and annual plans.
- Predict and mitigate future risks, ensuring business continuity in an evolving technological landscape.
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and strategic planners to foster a culture of forward-thinking.
- Represent Apex Horizon at industry conferences and thought leadership forums regarding the future of tech.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategies (5+ year horizons) in the tech sector.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, etc.) and their potential impact on business models.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring diverse teams and stakeholders.
