Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI infrastructure.
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product lines.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in best practices for AI development.
- Optimize model performance and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Generative AI, LLMs, and edge computing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Experience designing systems for high availability and fault tolerance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
