Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting high-throughput data processing and real-time generative models.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical vision for Project 2026, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum-ready AI) and integrating them into our stack.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models (LLMs) and neural networks to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and security vulnerabilities in AI systems, implementing rigorous testing and validation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and MLOps.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
