Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on reasoning and agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid quantum-classical algorithms into production pipelines.
- Develop and enforce rigorous safety and alignment protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Optimize inference latency and energy efficiency for edge computing devices in remote environments.
- Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and junior engineers in advanced neural network techniques.
- Translate complex technical requirements into scalable, high-performance software solutions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade machine learning systems and deep learning models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration frameworks (CUDA).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and causal inference.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
