Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying high-impact emerging trends.
- Oversee cross-functional R&D initiatives focused on quantum-classical hybrid algorithms and neural interfaces.
- Collaborate with academic partners and industry thought leaders to forecast and validate technological shifts.
- Prototype and validate disruptive technologies before commercialization, managing the transition from lab to market.
- Advocate for ethical AI frameworks, responsible innovation standards, and long-term societal impact.
- Present complex technical concepts to C-suite executives and stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience in R&D, strategy, or senior technical leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Mechanics.
- Proven track record of translating complex research into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical storytelling and executive briefings.
